Former Mercy Site Redevelopment Project

Once the home of the old Mercy Hospital, this massive redevelopment project will continue the work of transforming downtown Watertown. It involves the construction of a brand new complex named Mercy Heights in honor of the hospital's history and value to the community. When finished, it will feature:
- 168 new apartments.
- An estimated 42,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.
The project will take place in two phases. The first phase, which involved the demolition of the former Mercy Hospital, was completed in 2015. The second phase, which involves the construction of the new complex, is set to be finished late 2016 or early 2017.
