Empsall's

Originally called the Rothstock, the building is now referred to as the Empsall or Brighton. It was built in 1903 and was considered Watertown’s first skyscraper. Neighbors of Watertown is currently embarking on a $9,300,000 project which will create eight new apartments, renovate 36 existing apartments, and create 22,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor.
