Roswell P. Flower Memorial Library

Featured in the National Register of Historic Places, the Roswell P. Flower Memorial Library was built in 1903 as a memorial to Roswell P. Flower, governor of New York from 1892 to 1894. The principle feature of the library is a centrally placed octagonal dome which creates a three-story rotunda.
